Day 1 - Arrival Day
Arrive in Moshi and check in at your hotel. Enjoy a relaxing dinner and meet your professional guide to go over the upcoming trek. Use the day to rest, acclimatize, and prepare for your Kilimanjaro adventure.

Day 2 - Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut
After breakfast at your hotel before meeting your professional guide. Drive to Marangu Gate, complete park registration, and begin your trek through the lush rainforest. Along the trail, admire towering eucalyptus trees, vibrant birdlife, and keep an eye out for colobus monkeys.

Day 3 - Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
Leave the rainforest behind as the trail opens into moorland, dotted with giant heathers and lobelias. The views of Mount Mawenzi and surrounding landscapes are spectacular. This steady climb helps your body acclimatize as you approach Horombo Hut.

Day 4 - Acclimatization at Horombo Hut
Today is for acclimatization. Take a short hike toward Mawenzi Ridge, gaining altitude before returning to Horombo Hut. This “climb high, sleep low” strategy improves your chances of a successful summit. Enjoy panoramic views and the unique high-altitude flora.

Day 5 - Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut
Trek across the high-altitude Saddle between Mount Mawenzi and Kibo Peak. The landscape is stark and dramatic, with open alpine desert stretching around you. Arrive at Kibo Hut in the afternoon, rest, and enjoy an early dinner to prepare for the summit attempt.

Day 6 - Summit Day & Descent to Marangu Gate
Start very early for the final ascent to Gilman’s Point and continue along the crater rim to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. Celebrate at the summit and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise. Descend to Kibo Hut for a short rest, then continue down through moorland and rainforest back to Marangu Gate. Complete park formalities and receive your summit certificate before being transferred back to Moshi.
